I graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2018 and from Laurentian University in 2014 with an Honours degree in Kinesiology. It was during my time at Laurentian that I discovered naturopathic medicine during an internship that opened my eyes to evidence based natural medicine and the profound impact it could have on patients lives. It ignited my own healing journey, which really enables me to connect with patients, and understand that treatment needs to be sustainable in order for it to actually work! My goal is to educate, empower and support women with individualized care so that they can feel their best and show up in their lives. My clinical focus includes metabolic issues, women’s health and digestive health meaning I help women with brain fog, low energy, infertility, menstrual issues, anxiety, weight management etc. Dr. Michelle is a professional member in good standing of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND). She is also in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO).

Dr. Tracy-Lynn is a Naturopathic Doctor with more than a decade of clinical experience helping women navigate the complex transitions that occur throughout life. Her practice focuses on supporting women experiencing fatigue, stress, burnout, weight gain, insulin resistance, hormonal concerns, perimenopause, and the challenges of balancing family, career, and personal well-being.

While many patients seek care for a specific symptom or diagnosis, Dr. Tracy-Lynn believes that lasting health is about more than treating a condition. She works with women who feel disconnected from their health, overwhelmed by competing responsibilities, or uncertain about how to care for themselves in this stage of life. Together, they create practical, sustainable strategies that improve energy, resilience, metabolic health, and overall quality of life.

As a mother of teenagers and a toddler, Dr. Tracy-Lynn understands firsthand the realities of caring for others while trying to maintain your own health. Her approach combines evidence-informed naturopathic medicine with behaviour change, nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and a deep understanding of the physical and emotional transitions women experience throughout adulthood.

Dr. Tracy-Lynn has a particular interest in helping women reconnect with their values and priorities so that health-promoting behaviours become both meaningful and sustainable. She believes that when women feel strong, capable, and aligned with what matters most to them, the positive effects extend far beyond the individual to their families, workplaces, and communities.

Whether supporting a woman through perimenopause, helping an athlete recover from low energy availability, addressing metabolic concerns such as insulin resistance, or guiding someone through a period of personal transition, her goal is the same: to help patients build a healthier life that feels authentic, sustainable, and deeply their own.

At the heart of her practice is a simple belief: health is not about perfection. It is about creating the capacity to live fully, contribute meaningfully, and cultivate the energy, resilience, and clarity needed to be present for the people, experiences, and values that matter most.
