Naturopathic Medicine

Lauryn completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Ottawa where she graduated with an Honours of Health Sciences. She then worked at her local hospital in mental health for a few years further developing her knowledge of the health care system and interdisciplinary health, with an emphasis on patient centered care. This inspired her to pursue her post graduate studies, completing a four year program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic medicine receiving a Doctor of Naturopathy degree. In addition, she was awarded the Governor General’s award at graduation for the highest academic standing.

During her clinical internship at CCNM, Lauryn completed an externship with a focus in hormonal and reproductive health allowing her the opportunity to enhance her knowledge in these areas. She has a special interest in women’s health including hormonal disorders, inflammation, fertility, and perimenopausal/ menopausal care. She is passionate about educating and empowering women so that they can take control of their health, and make informed decisions along their health journey. Her goal is to ensure that you always leave the appointment with your symptoms and concerns validated, and a therapeutic plan that aligns with your individual goals.

Outside of the office you can find her decorating parties, tackling a new DIY project, or enjoying the beautiful outdoors!
