Growing up as a competitive athlete, I developed a deep appreciation for the resilience of the human body and the importance of the connection between physical, mental, and emotional health. My interests in science and helping others led me to obtain an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University, and then to the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, where I felt my true calling.

I strive to elevate the narrative around healthcare and to implement a patient-centred approach. Working with me, you can expect a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where your health story is heard and your questions are answered. I love educating my patients and I believe the more we truly understand our health, the more motivated we are to do the work to reclaim it!

Together we will take a deep dive into your health history and use lab testing when necessary to create an individualized treatment plan using nutrition, supplementation, botanicals, acupuncture, stress management, cupping therapy, lifestyle interventions, etc. I enjoy working with a range of concerns including gut health, hormonally driven conditions, musculoskeletal imbalances, skin issues, reproductive health, and lots more.

I look forward to supporting you in achieving your health goals and living your healthiest, happiest life!

I have only known an integrated approach to health, so suffice it to say, it isn’t surprising to me that I chose this career path. I grew up taking vitamins and supplements, knowing that fish oils supported my brain development or that spending time in the sun gave me vitamin D. I also took antibiotics when I had infections, painkillers after surgeries, and chemicals peels for acne scars. I was fortunate enough to have access to and knowledge of these medicines, and they all had their time and place. Growing up this way has made me passionately curious about prevention and wellness, and now, has informed my approach to care.

I aim to educate and empower and provide patient-centred care using inclusive and evidence-based therapies. I treat patients using clinical nutrition, supplementation, acupuncture (including cosmetic and electrostimulation), cupping, and lifestyle counselling. Each patient is treated holistically, their unique circumstances are used to guide treatment outcomes and patient goals.

Before completing the Doctor of Naturopathy program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, I completed my Honours Bachelor of Science in Life Science at McMaster University. It was there that I discovered naturopathy and the tenants it operates under. It was an instantaneous “click” for me, I knew this was what I was meant to do.

All these years of study have given me a true appreciation for the various functions of the human body, and my aim as a Naturopathic doctor is to optimize those functions and restore quality of life. I love my job, as it not only allows me to help you but to help myself. I am excited and honoured to welcome you into this community!
